Important Digital Delivery Policy: All items sold on DviPlex are 100% digital products. No physical posters, canvases, frames, or prints will be shipped. Handcrafted digital artwork is delivered directly to your email address within 5 hours of order confirmation and image upload.
When you place an order on our Order Page, we collect your name, phone number, email address, custom text requirements, and reference photo files. This information is processed solely to design, customize, and deliver your personalized portrait.
4.1 Payment Gateway (Razorpay)
Payments are securely processed via Razorpay. We do not store or process card numbers, banking details, or UPI credentials on our servers. Razorpay processes all transactions securely under strict PCI-DSS compliance guidelines.
4.2 Strict No-Return / No-Refund Policy
Due to the fully customized, handcrafted, and digital nature of personalized digital artwork:
- No Refunds: All payments are final once the transaction is completed and artwork creation begins.
- No Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled or modified once your reference photos have been processed.
- No Returns: Digital file downloads cannot be returned or swapped.
- Free Revisions: We want you to love your art. We provide free design adjustments and revisions within 24 hours of delivery.
